Initial sessions are $120 and last 2 hours. Subsequent sessions are $100 and last 90 minutes.
What to Expect
Rolfing is done on a massage table, but there is more client movement than in a massage. I may have clients shift positions many times in a session for optimal positions to get to what I'm working on. For this reason, the typical draping done with sheets in a massage is not done in a Rolfing session. Of course, clients may be covered with a sheet and a blanket if they are chilled.
Sessions are usually conducted with the client in his or her underwear. Clients also can wear bathing suits (two-piece for women) or exercise clothing. Ultimately, it is important that the client is comfortable in the theraputic setting.
